4. From the winery: assemblage insights

Our assemblage team recently completed crafting the Gruet blends from the 2025 harvest, tasting through nearly 100 samples from Washington, California, Oregon, and New Mexico. We carefully selected where each wine should be homed based on its balance, complexity, and character. It's an intense and exciting process as we dial in the perfect combinations for our Brut, Extra Tirage Brut, Sauvage, and Rosé. These multi-regional blends are now resting in tank and will become the exceptional wines you'll enjoy in 2027.
