Notes from the Radical Whirlwind, a dynamic exhibition honoring the prolific career of writer, activist, and curator Lucy R. Lippard—one of the most influential figures in contemporary art and cultural activism over the past sixty years.

Drawing from over 500 artworks, artist books, political posters, and ephemera, gifts from artists, collaborators, and fellow agitators who have shaped and shared in her journey.

Spanning two galleries, Notes from the Radical Whirlwind charts Lippard’s evolution from a sharp-eyed writer and curator to a leading voice for feminist and activist art.

The Women’s Board will be graciously hosting a reception with refreshments from 5-7pm.
