Here is a beautiful shot taken of Mora, New Mexico 1904 about a decade before any of my grandparents on my mother’s Spanish/ French side the Silva/Alarid-Le Febre side. My parents told me of stories when they were growing up in Mora and what a beautiful bustling small town it was. As a kid I can remember there was still some interesting stores and restaurants around. I didn’t care much because I had grandma, grandpa and aunt Noni’s house and my aunt Carlota. I miss those people. Although if you go through today, more and more people are filling up the valley.
Anyhow, Mora is a beautiful mountain valley and this view of Mora New Mexico 1904 is equally as beautiful.
