It’s not Santa Fe but this photo I found is incredible. Here is an image of Albuquerque after you get off the train taken back in 1880 – 1881. I’m guessing these gentlemen in the photo are sitting on Central Ave.? Route 66 before Route 66? Look how simple Albuquerque was. Also, I’m going out on a limb here and say they guys are looking west? Anyhow, I love this image titled “Albuquerque after you get off the train”. The image makes me feel the excitement. Excitement for the future.
