About Chef Freddie:
Freddie Bitsoie is a Navajo chef and author. Chef Bitsoie is one of a few Native American chefs at the forefront of preparing, presenting and educating about food indigenous to the Americans.
He attended the University of New Mexico, majoring in cultural anthropology with a minor in art history before attending culinary school in Scottsdale, Arizona.
