My exercise routine continue like normal by going to the gym. As the days have become colder I found it harder and harder to get-up-and-go to the gym. I’ve discovered how warm the bed truly is when it’s cold outside. I attempted to go to the gym during lunch but I didn’t feel like I completed a full workout in only 20 minutes or less. I know now the trick will need to be me going to the gym right after work. I also need to find other exercise outlets.
As for my food intake that has pretty much remained the same. My portions are smaller than I used to eat. For the most part I try to stick to proteins, veggies, and smaller carb portions or sometimes none at all.
In other news… I met a man! This guy is good to me and understands my struggles with weightloss. He actually had the gastric sleeve surgery which helped him loose 200lbs! At no point has he ever pressured me to continue losing weight but he does support me. The portions he can eat are so small. It’s interesting when we go to dinner because I find myself eating less but feeling satisfied. We typically share our meals which works because he’s not too picky like I can be.
He makes me feel beautiful and says the sweetest things to me and I am thankful God sent him my way.
I’ve finally hit the 20lbs lost mark. Here’s to another 20lbs down! I have cursed. I have fought but I did it. Join me on the Highway to Health!
