For those of you who are missing the gym and your high intensity workouts we have a solution for you. Fitness Bootcamp goes LIVE via the internet and your computer / smart tv.
Starting Tuesday April 7, 2020 from 12 Noon till 12:40 you can workout with our favorite instructors, Donna and/or Mark Gurule from Fitness Bootcamp Santa Fe.
The sign in fee is only $8 and by the looks of their website, they are ready to help you stay in shape for as long as we need to stay quarantined.

We design unique, methodical fitness routines and deliver them with inspiration and motivation. Fitness Bootcamp Santa Fe opens the doors for its first class. First location was an old 650 square foot warehouse. The first class was held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30pm with about 30 participants.
Our Beginner Bootcamp follows our normal class format, just done with lower impact and a little slower tempo and less time per exercise. The Beginner class meets three times per week to enhance your initial conditioning level.
Fitness Bootcamp is a fun, fast tempo, results-driven conditioning class. We take a multi-disciplinary approach to enhance your level of fitness. Whether you are looking to improve your endurance, strength or shape this class does it all. Our progressive and innovative approach to exercise make this class fun and effective.
