The Cardio Fitness Class hosted by the great Bridget Maez Dixon wants you to come by the Genoveva Chavez Center to check out a new way to workout with TABATA. It’s one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). TABATA consist of eight rounds of high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. It only takes four minutes to complete a TABATA circuit.
I have started to take these classes with Bridget and I have immediately started to notice a change. The Monday and Wednesday night cardio fitness class has become my new obsession!
