Chia pudding ~ coconut milk, chia seeds, coconut butter, goji berries, nuts and seeds
Chard Green Burrito ~ sprouted rice, black beans, avocado, cilantro, mushrooms, pico de gallo, our “cheezy aoli” wrapped in a chard green leaf
Vegan garbanzo quiche ~ stuffed with mushrooms, spinach, green chile and tomatoes
LYS Vegan Breakfast Power Skillet ~ sweet potato hash (sweet potatoes, caramelized onions, garlic, poblano, red bell pepper, cilantro) with sautéed spinach, a side of black beans and avocado
