I am super excited to see, smell, and taste the new goodies offered up at Radish & Rye restaurant located on Agua Fria (where the RISTRA used to be). I love farm to table concepts and I love the west coast/Pacific Northwest Farm tasting menus. Here is a quick note from one of the owners, my friend, Quinn Stephenson about his new project:
I’ve been pretty quiet on social media about my new venture Radish & Rye until now. I partnered with two great friends and for the last six months we have designed a beautiful restaurant with a strong farm to table philosophy. We hired a very talented young chef from Portland who designed a west coast/Pacific Northwest farm inspired tasting menu. The concept got stronger with a emphasis on bourbons and ryes behind the bar (over 50) and a wine list with over 100 half bottles. I also put together a bourbon cocktail list that im quite proud of. I would genuinely appreciate everyone’s support, I promise the space is adorable, tons of parking and the food, beverage and service is on point.
