We’re finally returning to New Mexico, “The Land of Enchantment.” The table will be set in the high desert terrain of tiny Green Tractor Farm, on five acres just outside Santa Fe. A feast of Southwestern flavors will be prepared by a duo of chefs with a strong relationship and a penchant for strong flavors. David represents the Street Food Institute; he cooked a great meal for us the first time OITF visited New Mexico. James’ restaurant La Boca is an eight-time James Beard award nominee. We’re excited to see what these two drum up together in our outdoor kitchen.
