Champagne Reception and Culinary Arts Wine Dinner at Santa Fe Community College.
The fundraising dinner will support the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Endowed Scholarship and celebrate the SFCC culinary students who have been selected to compete in the Chaîne’s Far West regional young chef competition. Local guest chefs (Chef Mark Connell from State Capital Kitchen, Chef Cristian Pontiggia from El Nido, and Chef Jen and Evan Doughty from The Palace Restaurant) will be preparing the three course wine dinner with help from our current culinary students.
