WONDERFUL FANTASTIC HIP HOP FESTIVAL
Hip hop don’t stop! Our annual celebration of hip hop culture is back in full form. We’re bringing you MCs, DJs, dancers, writers, a fashion show, murals being painted in real time, vendors, the best after party, and more. Legendary international performers and local talent share the day, presenting high-level artistry that’s deeply community-rooted. The festival celebrates the depth, creativity, beauty, and impact of hip hop culture.
Heading to the stage are three acts who helped define hip hops golden era: Souls of Mischief, Brother Ali, and Slum Village represent the best of the coasts and the heartland, uniting jazz-drenched West Coast boom-bap, soulful Midwest production, and Brother Ali's raw, confessional lyricism for a night that celebrates everything hip-hop has always done best.
