The Whitehawk Antique Indian and Ethnographic Art Show returns to Santa Fe August 8th - 11th!
For over 47 years Whitehawk shows has brought together some of the best collections of North American Antiquities and Ethnographic Art from around the world. This year's event is no exception with over 130 Exhibitors featuring textiles, pottery, jewelry, beadwork, woodcarving and much more!
This show is also a unique opportunity to learn about how and when the art was created, materials and techniques selected by the artisan and how their creations align with history and tradition.
Included with Admission to the 2025 Whitehawk Antique Indian and Ethnographic Art show are two fabulous Special Exhibits.
Spirit Beings in Wood: The Vibrant Tradition of Hopi Katsina Carvings, 1880 to Present, Curated by Barry Walsh, PhD.
And
The Living Tradition of Chimayó Weaving, Curated by the Spanish Colonial Arts Society and Sponsored by HALI Magazine.
Each exhibit features accompanying talks with Barry Walsh, PhD. and 8th generation Chimayo Weaver Emily Trujillo.
