You’re Invited! Grand Opening Day – May 5
Origami In The Garden | Cerrillos, NM
9 AM – 1 PM | Donation of $10 per person is appreciated

We’re thrilled to welcome you back to the garden for a brand-new season—and an all-new exhibit featuring works from Origami In The Garden and FLORIGAMI!

Set against the wild beauty of the New Mexico desert, this show brings together larger-than-life metal sculptures inspired by the delicate art of origami—each piece telling a story of creativity, transformation, and harmony with nature.

Opening Day Highlight:
After years on tour, Master Peace is finally home. Towering at 24 feet and composed of 500 cranes soaring into the sky, this monumental sculpture is a tribute to the powerful story of Sadako Sasaki and the legend of 1,000 paper cranes.
Usually this piece is installed over a reflective surface, this year, you'll have to come and see where we decide to place it in our desert landscape! Our hope is that our tribute to the 1,000 story is a moving meditation on hope and peace.

Created by Kevin & Jennifer Box, with extraordinary works by collaborating artists Robert J. Lang, Michael G. LaFosse, Beth Johnson, and Te Jui Fu, this exhibition is a celebration of art, resilience, and wonder.

Come wander, be moved, and see what unfolds.
