Sabra Moore & Aledandra Terry in Conversation

  • New Mexico Museum of Art, Vladem Contemporary 404 Montezuma Avenue Santa Fe, NM, 87501 United States (map)

Join us for a conversation with artist, writer, and activist Sabra Moore, whose artwork is featured in the current exhibition Lucy R. Lippard: Notes From the Radical Whirlwind. Moore, who is known for her work with the Heresies Collective, the Women’s Art Coalition (WAC), and the Women’s Caucus for Art, explores the relationship between the personal and political through her interdisciplinary artistic practice.

A longtime resident of Abiquiu, Moore has worked extensively in her local community, managing the Espanola Farmer's Market for over twenty years, and creating large-scale outdoor public art projects with local school children.
