The days are getting hotter, and so are the KTSF kitchens! It's been busier than ever around here as our Members prepare for a jam-packed summer. From the many markets and festivals around town, to garden parties and outdoor cookouts- you don't have to look far to find your favorite locally handmade goods any day of the week!

Events here at The Kitchen Table have been keeping us busy too- thank you to everyone who came out for our Spring Market! It was a beautiful day of good eating, shopping local, and connecting with community.

Introducing our new Cooking Club series with Chef Rocky Packard!

We are excited to announce The Kitchen Table is now offering cooking classes! 

Chef Rocky Packard has a thoroughly impressive restaurant background, including opening both Santa Cafe and Coyote Cafe here in town. He's been an instructor at Santa Fe Cooking School, as well as the Community College, and we are honored to now have his expertise here at KTSF!

The first class will start with the basics: teaching knife skills and French cutting techniques, breaking down chickens, and making beautiful stock. We will serve appetizers and refreshments, and enjoy a lovely dinner together appreciating your hard work and new skills!
