Keeping Together — Grand Opening Weekend
The time has finally come!
We’ve been serving up beverages in the greenhouse for a few months now... It has been one of the most amazing and rewarding things to watch people experience the place that we've poured our everything into over the last almost 3 years. We don't even know where to begin expressing our gratitude to everyone who has come in and supported us during this time. The feedback and enthusiasm for what we're doing here has literally sustained our souls over the course of this soft-opening season, and we are thrilled to FINALLY, more officially celebrate with our community!
Our Grand Opening Weekend is less than 2 weeks away, and we are so excited to party with all of you and share in beverages and fellowship. We have a few tricks up our sleeves, but here is the general itinerary:
FRIDAY, MARCH 20 (12pm-10pm) — KICK OFF
Weekend kickoff with a super special pop-up from our very dear friend and fellow Master Cicerone, Neil Witte, as he brings his Ritual Pour experience to New Mexico. Inspired by Czech and Japanese-style beer service, @ritualpour is an exploration of how various pouring techniques change the flavor profile of the beer in your glass. This is seriously nerdy stuff, and we know the NM beer scene will appreciate it.
SATURDAY, MARCH 21 (11am-10pm) — GRAND OPENING PARTY
We don't want to give away too much here... It is safe to say that guests can expect some new beverage offerings, special pours, stellar jams, beer celebrity sightings, limited-edition merch items, and more! At the risk of sounding ~hype-y, you are not going to want to miss this party. Trust us.
SUNDAY, MARCH 22 (11am-9pm) — HANGOVER BRUNCH
Join us the morning after for some recovery sustenance! In addition to a full lineup of boozy brunch beverages, we will have the @oddboxcoffee cart in house slinging some caffeinated beverages and the inimitable Warren of @grainofthedesert here to share some of the very best pastries and bread in New Mexico. It'll be the perfect ending to our weekend festivities!
