Static trapeze is one of the most iconic circus arts, featuring a horizontal bar suspended by two ropes. It combines strength, balance, momentum, and creativity as you explore movement above, below, and around the bar. Trapeze is an excellent way to build aerial awareness, coordination, and full-body strength while discovering your own artistic expression in the air.
Introductory: Brand new to trapeze? This is your spot. In this welcoming class, you’ll explore the basics of getting on and off the bar, supported hangs, shapes under the bar, and simple poses—all while building strength and confidence.
No experience needed. Welcoming to all body sizes, genders, and fitness levels.
