Dr. Marcy will lead you on a mindfulness journey at the Santa Fe Botanical Garden. You will experience gratitude and increased awareness. Dr. Marcy uses her acupuncture, holistic coaching, and other backgrounds to create a relaxing experience. The cacao ceremony, at the end, adds a delicious, mindful sensory experience.

About the instructor:

Dr. Marcy B. Newman, a Doctor of Oriental Medicine (DOM), has certifications in iRest Yoga Nidra, Caritas Coach, Nurse Coach, and was a VA nurse for over 10 years (mainly doing employee well-being and health promotion). She is so grateful to be back in her “spirit” home of Santa Fe!
