Every Friday! Build strength, endurance, and body awareness! Flight Lab focuses on aerial conditioning through a mix of both floor and aerial exercises. Fantastic cross-training for all apparatuses.
Students will rotate through a variety of exercises designed to target core stability, upper- and lower-body power, and mobility that supports safe and dynamic aerial work.
Trapeze Focus: A challenging aerial conditioning class designed to build the strength and control needed for more advanced skills, with a focus on static trapeze.
Prerequisites: Ability to hold an aerial inversion for 5-10 seconds.
