Flex Lab focuses on building flexibility while also developing the strength and body engagement needed to safely support your range of motion. Students will work through dynamic and static stretches, mobility drills, and conditioning exercises designed to meet a variety of bodies and experience levels.
Continuing Level: Designed for those wanting to push the limits of their body’s capabilities, this class builds strength and flexibility with a focus on backbends and splits mobility. This class offers challenging progressions for students with some prior experience.
Prerequisites: Ability to hold a bridge (backbend on hands & feet) for at least 5 seconds
