Friday, December 5th — we unveil a whiskey born under one of the most potent celestial transits in years: 𝐀𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐲 // 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐢𝐨 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Crafted by our founder, Caley, this ultra-limited three-barrel release was mashed, brewed, distilled, aged, and bottled by her hands alone. Distilled with Admiral Maltings’ locally grown California grain during her Hangar 1 era, it rested in New American Oak from 9/2019 to 9/2025, emerging after six transformative years.
