The multi-lingual, multi- talented Nacha Mendez plays La Boca every Wednesday night to compliment those delicious Spanish Tapas by Chef James Campbell Caruso who cultivates taste from authentic Spanish ingredients and recipes from his travels in Spain.  As I write this, I can smell and taste the that heavenly dish that keeps me coming back to La Boca time and time again…the bruschetta.  Imagine if you will a bowl with a slice of farm bread and then on top of that the most delicious creamy mushroom sauce with a perfectly fried egg in the middle topped with reggianito and truffle oil… heaven I tell you!  Get over to this cozy eatery like NOW and you can thank me later!
