La Noche Dulce is a night of wines and chocolate…yup you heard me, Wine and Chocolate.  Spend the evening at the Estrella Del Norte Vineyard (just north of the city) with local celebrity chef Rocky Durham as he prepares for you a night of  fine chocolates and fine wine.

Ever since the first grape was picked and the first cacao bean harvested, chocolate and wine were meant to be together.  Our wine and chocolate pairing event is perfect for beginners and experienced wine and chocolate tasters.  Chef Rocky will teach you how to expertly pair wine and chocolate, creating new and unexpected tastes that delight the senses.  Each series will include chocolate varieties from one of our local chocolatiers.
