Cook your Gumbo of Choice in your kitchen, and bring 5 gallons ready to go. We’ll provide Serving Cups and Utensils.

3 guest judges (Pasatiempo staff writer, food writer, and private chef/cooking instructor Rob DeWalt, Jimmy McCabe from National Distributing, and one other judge TBA)
Prizes to include Plaques for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, and a Premiere Dist. Logo Disco Cooking Vessel!
