Coyote Café has the best food in Santa Fe hands down. The prices are high, but believe me the food is worth it. Coyote Café is one of the few restaurants in town that is willing to be creative and progressive with food and is able to maintain the quality of the ingredients. Now under Chef Eric DiStefano, I think Coyote is better than ever. Coyote Café has been open for more than 20 years and their experience in high-end dinning is reflected in the quality of service and insane deliciousness of the food.
My favorite meal over there right now is the either the crab and ahi tuna salad or the salad with the marshmallows and bacon, the grilled lobster tail pasta, the banana cream pie and the champagne with the blood orange caviar…ok maybe 2 of the champagne drinks. Yes, the lobster pasta is $39 and yes; it’s worth every penny.
Located at 132 W. Water Street in Santa Fe. Dinner is served nightly from 5:30 to closing.
Lunch and dinner are served on the rooftop Cantina during summer hours only.
Your best bet for parking is on the street or at the Water Street parking lot.
