The place to “scene” and be “seen” in Santa Fe!
Only open during the warmer months, The Cantina at the Coyote Cafe is a special treat for outdoor dining! April 15th is almost becoming a holiday amongst my friends and I, we like to make sure we open the Cantina and have a bucket of Coronita’s and some of those mouthwatering Tilapia fish tacos topped with that spicy pineapple salsa!
I am making myself hungry already. All this excitement The Cantina at the Coyote Café is one of my favorite summer eateries. The breeze of the cool spring air to the crispness of the fall afternoons the Cantina is very popular amongst the tourist and locals alike. Be prepared to wait for the outdoor experience that is only the Coyote Café Cantina! So order up a Lava Lamp (mexican beer with a float of frozen margarita or the house speciality, the Brazilian Daiquiri) and enjoy the beautiful warm weather and the people watching!
Either way, it’s worth the wait and the many exotic cocktails to keep you content till your turn to eat, you will not be disappointed!
Guided by the hospitable eye of Tori Mendes she leads these coyote cubs to the greatness that is the Cantina!
