Coyote Café

Innovative, Creative, Artistic and Delicious…

The World Famous Coyote Café has consistently given the world original and unique Southwestern cuisine for over 20 years. This Santa Fe institution is carefully guided by the creative minds of local celebrity chef and author, Eric DiStefano, Quinn Stephenson, Tori Mendes and Sara Chapman.

The Coyote Café prides itself as a leader in the dining experience.  Starting with the drama of the grand staircase, which reminds one of the old glory days of Hollywood (Santa Fe Style, of course), awaiting at the top is an elegant dining room with the fully exposed kitchen for your dining/viewing enjoyment.  Across the room is a wall of windows which overlooks trendy Water Street.  Sitting beneath what looks like birds in flight light fixtures, you know you are in for a special evening.

The Coyote Café prepares visually creative, unique and unforgettable dishes concentrating on bold, daring and rich flavors and like cracked pepper bacon risotto and Italian “Frutata”, first press olive oil.

Paired with a glass of La Crema-Chardonnay 2005-Central Coast.

My personal favorites on the menu right now are the Chilled Hawaiin Walu, Himachi & Ahi Tuna served with Sugar Snap Peas, Radish and Cucumber Salad drizzled with Sesame Soy Yuzu and a side of Vietnamese Chutney and Wasabi, this I’m telling you right now is to die for.  All fans of sushi will fall in love immediately by the subtle and well toned flavors of this dish!

Still hungry?

2 of the Santa Fe VIP’s favorites entrees off the current menu are the Mesquite Grilled Maine Lobster Tails and the Pan Seared White miso Sea Bass.

Steak lovers, the famous cowboy cut is still on the menu after all these years, piled with those famous red chile dusted onion rings, delicious!

The Coyote Cafe is Decadence at it’s Best!  Enjoy all meals with a any of the outstanding wines in the cellar!

Make sure to entice yourself with all original and outstandingly unique, fresh ingredient cocktails from the Coyote’s New Cocktail Menu

All Prepared by Santa Fe’s Master Mixologist, Quinn Stephenson.

Coyote Cafe is more than a restaurant, it’s an experience!
